A Naperville native, Chad Mease has always felt connected to his hometown. After leading high-end, multi-million dollar construction projects for many years, he decided to come back home to make an impact on his own community. In 2005, Chad started Redstart Construction to bring his passion for building families the homes and spaces they desire.
