Position Overview
The Office Administrator/Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day office operations, assist with financial recordkeeping and support project management and leadership teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with a creative, hands-on team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations)
Process vendor bills, receipts and client payments
Prepare reports for management and assist with budgeting
Manage office administration: scheduling, correspondence, and supplies
Support project coordination with contractors, clients, and vendors
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping and office administration experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), Excel, and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
