Position Overview

The Office Administrator/Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day office operations, assist with financial recordkeeping and support project management and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations)

  • Process vendor bills, receipts and client payments

  • Prepare reports for management and assist with budgeting

  • Manage office administration: scheduling, correspondence, and supplies

  • Support project coordination with contractors, clients, and vendors

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping and office administration experience

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), Excel, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
